A note on assessment data (please read)

LiderDISC provides DISC behavioral assessments. Two situations may apply to you:

  • If you purchase assessments for your organization, we act as controller of your account and billing data, and as processor of the data of the people you evaluate, which we process only on your instructions to generate and deliver their reports.
  • If you complete an assessment at the invitation of an organization, that organization is the controller of your assessment data; we process it on their behalf. For any request regarding your responses or report, we recommend contacting them first — though you may always contact us and we will assist or redirect your request.

Assessment results describe behavioral preferences. They are not medical, clinical, or psychological diagnoses, and we do not process them as health data. We do not use assessment data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

03
