Who we are (Data controller)
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is David Blanco Pérez, operating as LiderDISC ("LiderDisc.com", "we", "us"), with registered address at Paseo del Estatuto 1, Carmona, Sevilla (Spain).

A note on assessment data (please read)
LiderDISC provides DISC behavioral assessments. Two situations may apply to you:
- If you purchase assessments for your organization, we act as controller of your account and billing data, and as processor of the data of the people you evaluate, which we process only on your instructions to generate and deliver their reports.
- If you complete an assessment at the invitation of an organization, that organization is the controller of your assessment data; we process it on their behalf. For any request regarding your responses or report, we recommend contacting them first — though you may always contact us and we will assist or redirect your request.
Assessment results describe behavioral preferences. They are not medical, clinical, or psychological diagnoses, and we do not process them as health data. We do not use assessment data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us: identification and contact details (name, email, company, tax ID for invoicing), transaction data (services purchased, payment status — card details are handled directly by our payment providers and never stored by us), assessment responses and resulting reports, communications you send us, and technical/usage data collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to:

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
To exercise them, email contacto@liderdisc.com or write to Paseo del Estatuto 1, Carmona, Sevilla (Spain), indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may request information to verify your identity. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, extendable by two further months for complex requests (we will inform you if so).
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure, in line with Article 32 GDPR.
